The Allen Core Wheel™ has several exercises to build your core, improve endurance, power, strength and GPP. See The Allen Core Wheel™ brochure and videos for proper use.

Important: See a doctor and get clearance before starting a new exercise. If your abs and back are not already strong, start off by doing similar core wheel movements on the floor. Build some back and ab strength before advancing to the Allen Core Wheel. Warm up before using the core wheel. Do not stand on The Allen Core Wheel - it is designed for horizontal use only.
